- First make powder- for that dry roast all the masala in pan first add chana, udad daal dry roast them for 1 min on low flame then add coriander seed, cinnamon stick, popy seeds, methi seeds, jeera, mustard seed, curry leaves,red chillies, dry roast them about 5-10 min on low flame, let them cool and make a powder.
